Groggio is a lifelong DreamBreakers oddball and devoted fan of a certain Italian plumber from Japan, whose adventures convinced him that jumping on enemies, smashing blocks, and chasing impossible collectibles might actually qualify as a career path. He has never made it farther than Mississauga, but in his head he has already conquered dozens of kingdoms, rescued royalty, and earned the kind of heroic theme music he believes should start playing whenever he enters a room.
What Groggio lacks in experience, athleticism, and basic self-awareness, he makes up for with stubborn enthusiasm. He is absolutely convinced that one day he will become the next great platforming mascot, and he treats every staircase, construction site, and suspiciously placed crate like part of his training. DreamBreakers mostly keeps him around because his optimism is strangely contagious—and because nobody has yet figured out how to convince him that real life does not have extra lives.
